Shipping policy

UNITED STATES

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $90 within the United States.

Orders are generally packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.

Tracking notifications will be sent when your order is processed. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to go live upon receipt of tracking. Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Haus Fragment ships worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. We ship orders within 2 days of the day the order is placed. On average, orders should arrive 4-10 business days after you receive tracking information.

International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at Haus Fragment have no control over these circumstances.
